JETSTREAM is a high-altitude balloon platform that lifts an ETESIAN sensor pod or a SQUALL detect-to-defeat pod above terrain masking, extending the same detection core over a much wider footprint without new ground infrastructure. It's not a third kill-chain capability — it's the altitude either product flies from.
